The role of the Leasing Coordinator provides accurate and efficient administrative assistance, to assist the leasing team at our client with day-to-day administrative requirements, ensuring efficient delivery of departmental deadlines.
The role supports the allocated Leasing Executives with administrative functions within the scope of the leasing function, inclusive of admin support as required.

The responsibilities: 

• Assist with the implementation of WHD procedures 
• Reporting of all incidents within retailers
• Provide lease coordination and administration support to allocated leasing Executives
• Prepare and circulate leasing letters, invitations to lease and lease approvals
• Schedule internal and external meetings
• Assist with the preparation of presentions
• Work in collaboration with the Execs to prepare lease strategies and submissions for new business 
• Support the process of expense claims

About you:

• Three years in an administration role is desirable 
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to be able to communicate requests and instructions
• Possess the ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing environment 
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
