About the Role
The Leasing Team Assistant provides efficient administrative and coordination support to the Leasing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting with key documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and manage associated documentation
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports, including data collection and basic analysis
- Manage filing systems, expense reconciliations and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support daily leasing operations
- Support leasing activities including preparing Invitations to Lease, Lease Approval Forms and leasing documents
- Coordinate couriers, outbound mail, travel bookings and event invitations
- Assist with updating centre maps, leasing reports, budgeting support and supplier set-up for invoicing
- Contribute to WHS compliance by following procedures, reporting incidents and identifying risks
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar (preferred)
- Experience in retail property administration is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' administrative support experience
- Strong diary, travel and time management capability
- Exposure to retail property, professional services or legal environments desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise systems, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
