About the Role
This is a fast-paced, varied position ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be the trusted right hand to a high-performing Partner with a demanding schedule providing critical support across administration, scheduling, event coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex national and international travel arrangements
- Provide high-level diary and calendar management for a frequently traveling Partner
- Coordinate events and podcasts, including scheduling and managing invitations
- Handle billing processes, reporting, time recording, and file management
- Draft and distribute a monthly team newsletter to keep stakeholders informed
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a polished, professional presence and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll be known for your adaptability, initiative, and exceptional communication.
You’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant (legal or professional services background preferred)
- Proven strength in calendar and travel management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach
