They are now seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Partner in their Melbourne office.

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, varied position ideal for a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be the trusted right hand to a high-performing Partner with a demanding schedule providing critical support across administration, scheduling, event coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex national and international travel arrangements
  • Provide high-level diary and calendar management for a frequently traveling Partner
  • Coordinate events and podcasts, including scheduling and managing invitations
  • Handle billing processes, reporting, time recording, and file management
  • Draft and distribute a monthly team newsletter to keep stakeholders informed
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a polished, professional presence and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll be known for your adaptability, initiative, and exceptional communication.
You’ll have:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant (legal or professional services background preferred)
  • Proven strength in calendar and travel management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach
