We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Level 1 IT Technician to join a vibrant team in South Melbourne. This is a 6-month contract position with potential to extend.

  • South Melbourne (5 days per week on site)
Key Responsibilities
  • Ticketing Support: Manage and resolve 5-10 tickets per day using Alloy ticketing system.
  • Basic Access Support: Assist users with access issues and permissions.
  • Instructional Content Creation: Develop PowerPoint presentations to explain processes and how-to guides.
  • Ad Hoc Team Support: Assist the team with various support tasks as needed.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Alloy.
  • Basic understanding of access control and permissions.
  • Ability to create clear and concise instructional materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Availability to work onsite in South Melbourne, Monday to Friday.
