We have an opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Officer to manage Level 2 issues and contribute to an organization's success.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Management of incoming Level 2/3 IT requests 
  • Providing Level 3 support and administration/operations of the  network, server and storage environments (Dell Hosts, VMWare Hypervisor, Windows Server/Exchange/SQL environments, Active Directory, etc)
  • Continual improvement of IT processes & procedures 
  • Communications with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate testing, management and installment of all equipment

Technical competencies
  • 3-5 years experience at Level 3 support
  • Microsoft Sever 2016 
  • PowerShell experience- Desirable
  • Active Directory 
  • Virtualization-VMware
