Responsibilities include:
- Management of incoming Level 2/3 IT requests
 - Providing Level 3 support and administration/operations of the network, server and storage environments (Dell Hosts, VMWare Hypervisor, Windows Server/Exchange/SQL environments, Active Directory, etc)
 - Continual improvement of IT processes & procedures
 - Communications with internal stakeholders
 - Coordinate testing, management and installment of all equipment
 
Technical competencies
- 3-5 years experience at Level 3 support
 - Microsoft Sever 2016
 - PowerShell experience- Desirable
 - Active Directory
 - Virtualization-VMware
