The Role:
We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer with 2–3+ years’ experience to join their dispute resolution team. You will be responsible for managing and progressing a range of litigation matters across courts, tribunals, mediations, arbitrations, and expert determinations. You will work closely with senior lawyers to formulate legal strategy, prepare court documents, conduct legal research, and liaise with clients and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to pleadings, affidavits, discovery documents, and other litigation filings
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice relating to commercial disputes, insolvency, property litigation, regulatory investigations, or trusts & estates disputes
- Manage case preparation tasks, including evidence collation, witness briefings, and document reviews
- Assist in mediation, arbitration, and tribunal hearings
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and courts to progress matters
- Monitor and manage case budgets, timelines, and risk exposures
- 2–3+ years’ post-admission or equivalent litigation experience
- Solid experience in commercial dispute resolution, insolvency, property, or regulatory litigation (or a mix thereof)
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents under pressure
- Strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Able to work collaboratively and contribute to strategy development
- Exposure to a diverse and challenging litigation practice across multiple jurisdictions
