About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to take ownership of daily operations at the Regional Victoria site. Reporting to the Site Manager and leading a team of 10+, you’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, and production outcomes while building a positive, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, environmental, and quality compliance across the site
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet site performance targets
• Lead, coach, and support your team to achieve consistent results
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives through the site's Manufacturing Excellence program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, and technical
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as OEE, budget adherence, and DIFOT
• Contribute to employee alignment and engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production (food industry highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of production processes, planning, and maintenance coordination
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to lead a diverse team
• Sound computer literacy and familiarity with manufacturing systems
