About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to take ownership of daily operations at the Regional Victoria site. Reporting to the Site Manager and leading a team of 10+, you’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, and production outcomes while building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety, environmental, and quality compliance across the site
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet site performance targets
- Lead, coach, and support your team to achieve consistent results
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives through the site's Manufacturing Excellence program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, and technical
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as OEE, budget adherence, and DIFOT
- Contribute to employee alignment and engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production (food industry highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of production processes, planning, and maintenance coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to lead a diverse team
- Sound computer literacy and familiarity with manufacturing systems
