Key Responsibilities
- Raise and process shipments
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Generate and distribute shipment reports for internal teams
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to resolve issues and optimise processes
- Provide assistance to the Purchasing Department during quieter logistics periods
- Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within logistics systems
- Previous experience in a logistics, freight, or materials coordination role (mining/resources experience highly regarded)
- Proficient and proven logistics expereince and ERP systems knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing deadlines
- Temp to perm opportunity with long-term career potential
