Client:
This future Management Accountant will have the opportunity to work with an organisation that is revolutionising the way businesses operate. Our client is seeking an ambitious individual who presents with a determined attitude and is proactive with their approach. 

Role:
The role will report directly to the Finance Manager and will indirectly work with the Finance Director & CFO. 
Key responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Cost Management & Profitability
• Cashflow Management
• Manage the P&L and Balance sheet to ensure accurate reporting
• Process Optimization
• Month-end close process, including preparation of management accounts.
• Assist with Budgeting, Forecasting, financial adjustments & analysis
• Co-ordinate external audit requirements

Ideal profile:

• CA/CPA Qualification (can be on track). 
• You'll bring 2-4 years of experience in a Financial Accountant or Management Accountant role, ideally with a background in a high-growth, fast-moving business environment.
• You have the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Understanding of systems and Excel. 
• You enjoy working alongside teams to deliver insights and create impact, forging relationships that foster a successful business environment.
