Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and basic management reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including system clean-ups
- Assist in managing financials across the organisation.
- Provide systems administration support (WAP, budgeting, and forecasting tools)
- Assist with system integration issues and cost centre setups
- Support improvements to reporting accuracy and financial processes
- Help document and streamline finance processes
- Assist with reviewing technical accounting matters, including workers’ compensation
- Support compliance and governance requirements
- Review and understand technical aspects of financial transactions
- Support financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis as required
- Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting using XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Assist with financial insights and reporting
- Experience in financial or management accounting
- Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP)
- Understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and reporting processes
- Sound technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to follow and improve financial processes
