Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple sites
- Deliver monthly management reporting and detailed variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to support operational performance and margin improvement
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
- Partner with site managers and operational leaders to understand key drivers of performance
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiencies during a period of growth
- CA/CPA qualification (or near completion)
- Previous experience in a Finance Analyst or Management Accounting role, ideally within retail or multi-site environments
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with ERPs/financial systems
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
