An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role.

This role will suit someone who can step in confidently, take ownership of month-end and reporting, and add value quickly through strong analysis and process improvement.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, your focus will be on:

• End-to-end month-end close
• Balance sheet reconciliations and journals
• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Variance analysis and performance commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Identifying efficiencies and improving reporting processes
• Partnering with operational stakeholders to explain financial results

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative finance team where you'll be trusted to manage your portfolio and contribute commercially.

About You You will bring:

• Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong month-end and reporting capability
• Confident P&L analysis and ability to explain results clearly
• Advanced Excel skills
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

You’ll be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and available to start at short notice.
