An exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven Management Accountant to join a high calibre finance team in an expanding FMCG organisation. This position will help provide accurate, timely and relevant reporting, analysis, and insight to help to drive efficiency, productivity & improve financial outcomes for the business. Hence, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Management Accountants looking to join an established finance team in a key business partnering and budgeting role.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Monthly management reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
- Responsible for maintaining the Group's accounting policies, compliant with accounting standards, and ensuring the business complies with these policies
- Business case development and financial modelling
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analysing relevant data and helping with ad-hoc tasks as required
Candidate Profile
- CA/CPA qualification or in progress
- 1-3 years in a Management Accountant or Analyst role
- Ideally your background will be from FMCG or retail
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and business partnering skills; and
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organisation and influence stakeholders
