The Role | Reporting to Supply Chain Finance Manager
The main duties of the role include:
- Preparation of Monthly Management reports for site and corporate including Profit & Loss Statements
- Coordinate preparation of operating budgets and projections for site and departments
- Facilitate meetings with SLT to set AOP, understanding cause of change, sense checking relevance and realigning where necessary
- Review reports from departments, conduct detailed analyses of operating results and report on variances from plans/budget
- Oversee costing process for NPD and Materials Productivity Enabler reformulations
- Analyse cost records to ascertain distribution of costs among activities, products and cost centres
- Analyse actual versus standard costs and prepare variance reports
- Working with R&D, Strategic Sourcing, Planning and Master Data
- Oversee site Direct Labour, report daily, weekly and monthly
- Review and understand labour efficiency and rate variances including overtime drivers
- Conduct and chair weekly meetings with Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Coordinators and Site Leadership staff to present weekly drivers, insights and issues

- CA / CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Prior experience within FMCG / Manufacturing
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of Excel proficiency
