We are looking for a Manager, Transformation Communications for a 6-8 week contract with an immediate start. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing change communications to support key reform initiatives. 
  
You will lead a team dedicated to motivating, informing, and educating internal stakeholders about the Transformation Office's objectives and purpose. This position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing best practice communication strategies, frameworks, and processes across the organisation, working closely with managers throughout the Transformation Office to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment.
  
As the Manager, Transformation Communications, you will:
  • Direct various media and communication activities, including producing internal communication materials to support reform initiatives.
  • Oversee the coordination and development of change messaging and transformation communications to effectively convey key initiatives across the organisation.
  • Design and implement communication activities and artefacts that align with the strategic narrative of the organisation's reform agenda, particularly focusing on the role of the Transformation Office.
  • Manage the distribution of internal transformation communications through multiple channels and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Identify communication and portfolio needs by sourcing information for analysis, overseeing report production, and creating internal communication materials to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Provide coaching and capability building to communication resources embedded in project delivery teams.
  • Ensure consistent communication messaging across strategic communication, media, social media, marketing, and engagement activities, while adhering to policies, standards, and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure effective, coordinated, and aligned communications services, advice, and support.
  • Offer expert, evidence-based advice to executives on strategic and operational matters related to internal communications for reform initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates on risks and progress of enterprise projects and reform efforts, and representing the organisation in executive forums to promote key priorities.
  • Play an active role in communicating and translating the reform agenda for stakeholders in collaboration with colleagues across the Transformation Office.
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on evidence-based decision-making, innovation, and accountability.
