Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join this leading Australian Commercial Property Brand. It is a generalist role, where you will look after a number of both marketing and communication activities. It's a B2B generalist role where you will work across all elements of the marketing mix including their website, writing content and newsletters, events, external and internal communications too. You will also look after the following:
- Managing end to end marketing and communications activities
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including the PR agency, Creative agency, the marketing team, the sales team and the leadership team also
- Writing content for various channels such as website, landing pages, newsletters, sales collateral as well as posts on linkedin and both online and offline publications
What you need to be successful
- 5 - 10 years experience ideally in the commercial property space
- Collaborative, positive and pro-active mindset
- Excellent Communication skills - listening, writing and presenting
- Strategic and hands-on experience - you enjoy being strategic and big picture but you also like and have great experience executing too
- Strong experience across digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics
