Marketing Automation Specialist

Position Overview: 
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate meaningful connections with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative individual who is passionate about building strong relationships and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and own the technical execution of automated and tactical campaigns with fit-for-purpose workflow builds
• Set up, test, and execute emails, sms sends, push and in-app notifications in Adobe Campaign Standard
• Test rendering, help troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, monitor campaign activity, and contribute to our test
and learn strategy
• Point-of-contact for campaign planning, collecting campaign briefs, journey flows and turnaround times with business
• Actively manage concurrent tests within the governance framework to ensure sanctity of results
• Work collaboratively with internal/external teams to produce best practice integrated engagement campaigns addressing all
lifecycle stages
• Lead the implementation of best practices, fostering process efficiencies in both campaign planning and execution phases

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
