Responsibilities
- Execute data driven, direct marketing activities to engage, delight and retain customers.
- Work with Senior Manager and Marketing Managers in your team to plan and deliver targeted campaigns and offers, across multiple segments and a variety of channels.
- Optimise campaigns with Test & Learn activities
- Work with delivery teams to ensure prioritization of activities, effective briefings and quality creative delivery on time.
- Utilise insights and leverage our Data Science teams capability to drive world class data driven marketing.
- Responsible for quality execution of campaigns across all channels.
- Sharing of performance insights and tactics with wider team to drive collective improvement
- 2+ years experience in campaign management, direct marketing or customer life-cycle roles
- Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with internal partners to execute them
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
- You’re passionate about data and leverage it to drive campaign performance
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Developed written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining values
