Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with Bestrane in their search for a Marketing Manager for their Bestrane and Mobiledock businesses. Working as part of Bestrane’s management team, this position will be integral to building the organisation’s marketing vision, strategy and function. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to elevate Bestrane’s brand presence, engage customers, and drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Bestrane’s company's vision for Bestrane and Mobiledock.
• Drive brand visibility and industry recognition through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
• Implement lead generation strategies to expand their client base and fuel business growth.
• Collaborate with partners to maximize commercial opportunities and extend reach.
• Create engaging content to captivate audiences and position Bestrane as thought leaders.
• Utilize marketing technology platforms to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell upsell and overall an improved customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technology, Finance and the broader leadership team.

About You

You are an inspiring marketer who by nature is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and thrives in the ability to deliver exceptional experiences both internally with staff and externally with customers and partners. We would love to speak with candidates with the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, or a related discipline
• A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and brand development in a B2B environment. Experience in SaaS, Consulting and Logistics is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a creative mindset.
• Ability to inspire and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment but also the ability to work autonomously on day-to-day tasks.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate and adapt to industry changes.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms, especially Salesforce and Pardot is a bonus
