In this growth critical role linking customers, sales and product development, you are responsible for the overall marketing in the Oceania region.

The Marketing Manager will scope, deliver, and lead global marketing and company vision by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across multiple product lines within the organization.

Collaborate with various departments to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and maximize customer engagement across industries, countries, market segments and selling medians.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support the growth objectives of the organization
  • Identify target markets, segment customers, and determine appropriate marketing channels for effective communication.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Define the positioning and differentiation of products.
  • Develop and implement branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global events and trade shows so-ordinating booth design, promotional material, onsite display and activities and logistics to maximise visibility and ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the group (locally and internationally) to ensure effective communication of key messages.
  • Ensure communications comply with all relevant regulations globally.
  • Manage websites and utilise analytics to to optimise traffic.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs.
  • Provide guidance on lead generation strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, technical, operations, and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers, and partners.

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will posses the following:
  • 5+ years experience in similar role ideally with B2B marketing experience in a global capacity preferred
  • Experience within Manufacturing or Industrial preferred but not essential
  • Commerce/Business degree (a major in marketing is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with B2B Tradeshows or Events preferable
  • Strong Planning, organising and decision making skills
