We are looking to hire a Marketing Recruitment Consultant for recent graduates or marketing candidates with experience working in digital or marketing who are looking to embark on an exciting career in recruitment.
About the Role
The Marketing Recruitment Consultant role is a diverse, interactive, challenging and rewarding one. Reporting to the Manager, you will recruit a variety of marketing roles across digital, ecommerce, social, content and CRM to name but a few. You will match candidates with their ideal next role ensuring a win/win outcome for our candidates and clients. You will be responsible for building and developing a 360 degree recruitment desk looking after both permanent and contracting recruitment. The training program will be heavily focused on building really strong long term relationships with customers (candidates and clients), identifying the best talent in the market, coordinating events and working in a highly enthusiastic team based environment.
There is no denying you need to be a salesperson at heart, selling your services to our clients, selling our clients to our candidates, then our candidates to our clients with the ultimate goal of building long-term relationships and repeat business!
You will need to nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates by leveraging existing networks and creating new ones through business development, but also be process oriented by closely managing assignments through to successful outcomes.

You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience dealing with people in day-to-day life through university studies, work, sport, travel and other extra curricular activities.
