This thriving retail business is seeking an enthusiastic and driven marketing specialist to support the Marketing team with all marketing and campaign needs. Your role will be focused on ensuring that brand / retail marketing campaigns increase customer traffic and sales, using your creative flair to put together communications that resonate with the customer base.
Duties:
- Manage all local store marketing requirements, as well as the development and coordination of secondary marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to manage internal creative hub and external agency suppliers.
- Own key elements of media and creative production, to executive the marketing strategy and promotional programs.
- Contribute to ad hoc project work as determined by our strategic marketing plan, as well as all sponsorships, activations and leverage activities.
- Support the team with marketing strategies and campaign execution across multi channel marketing
- 3+ years experience in a similar Marketing role ideally in a Retail or B2C environment
- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and / or Communications
- Highly enthusiastic, proactive and driven work ethic
- Experience in creative and managing photoshoots
