Role Overview & Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Specialist across a specific portfolio of products, you'll be part of an established Marketing team entrusted with driving the marketing strategy for the the diagnostic arm of the business in Australia and New Zealand. Your focus areas will include Microbiology, Clinical Diagnostics, and Transplant Diagnostics. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing the 2024 marketing plan by executing an exciting program of work.
  • Developing marketing collateral, campaign assets, and digital content to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, sales teams, global counterparts, and marketing operations to integrate new product launches and innovations into comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Analyzing campaign performance to showcase return on investment and driving positive outcomes within allocated budgets.
  • Mentoring team members and enhancing their marketing literacy to deliver growth-oriented campaigns.
Skills Required:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing and or experience across a product driven environment 
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing roles within clinical, quality control, or food dairy beverage industries.
  • Preferably, experience with TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) and working with regulatory teams, along with familiarity with Salesforce.
