As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our brand marketing strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Drive the marketing calendar campaign execution across ATL and BTL channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with external agencies and partners to plan and execute end to end marketing campaigns as well as marketing initiatives, such as events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor and manage the brand's online presence across various digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including in-store, online, and in marketing materials.
- Help to manage and develop 2 Marketing Coordinators
- 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- You must be hungry to grow and develop within a team. Be proactive, focused and driven.
- You must be a people person with excellent communication skills who builds strong, lasting relationships easily.
