In this role you will be working across:

• M&A
• General Corporate
• Private Equity
• Joint Ventures
• Capital Markets

You will have at least 3 years PQE. Ideally you will also come from a top tier, international or highly regarded mid tier firm or recognised In House organisation. You will have a strong grounding across  M&A, General Corporate, Equity Markets and Commercial experience. You must have exceptional drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
