The National Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager of Australia and has a dotted line to the Global Operational Marketing and Communications Director. You will contribute to the global marketing strategy and will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for Australia ensuring they align to company business targets. You will develop and implement a marketing plan and budget and will oversee and be responsible for consistent brand position and the execution of brand guidelines across the media mx.

We are seeking an experienced and generalist marketing leader who has a relevant degree and previous experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory). A strong leader with a brand management background you will have strong communications skills and the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally. You will have an inclusive and collaborative management style and share strategies and views with team members. Essential is a solid drive for excellence and results guaranteeing work quality and accuracy.
