This role sits within a supportive Property function and will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of a large and varied national property portfolio. Reporting to senior leaders across Facilities and Leasing, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support while gaining exposure to a broad range of property and transformation projects.
About the role This is a hands-on and varied position offering strong career development and exposure across property, facilities, and leasing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support across property, asset, and lease databases (currently undergoing transformation)
- Coordinating maintenance and facilities activities, including contractor communication, following up quotes, and supporting on-site works
- Assisting with lease documentation, renewals, and compliance records
- Preparing reports, budgets, and presentations
- Supporting compliance tracking, record management, and service-related activities
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role (ideally property, facilities, or related industries)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence managing databases or systems
- A collaborative, adaptable, and professional approach to work
- Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + super
- Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (with flexibility for early/late site attendance if required)
- Location: Alexandria with some travel required between locations
- Hybrid: Once trained, flexibility to work 1–2 days from home when not required on site
- Travel: limited national travel as needed
