Salary: $82,106 – $110,143 + super + vehicle options + laptop + mobile + bonus potential up to $10,000
Relocation Support: Up to $5,000 (where applicable)
Introduction I’m currently partnering with a large, well-established national allied health provider with over 40 hubs across Australia. This organisation works within the social model of disability and delivers life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across community settings.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking Occupational Therapists across Liverpool, Campbelltown, and Penrith.
This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who want flexibility, strong supervision, structured career pathways and genuine organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across community environments (homes, schools, workplaces and community settings)
- Complete functional assessments using evidence-based tools
- Develop and implement goal-focused therapy plans
- Support participants to maximise outcomes and NDIS funding utilisation
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary allied health team
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with participants, families and support networks
- Attend regular hub-based team meetings and clinical supervision sessions

- Structured supervision and mentoring valued up to $22,000

- General AHPRA Registration
