As an Office Coordinator, you will be accountable for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Point of contact for clients to address issues promptly.
- Ensure visitors follow the correct compliance process.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Coordinate and schedule office appointments, schedule meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain, order, and manage office supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Support project leadership teams with minute-taking.
- Support in facilitating a vibrant and positive organizational environment.
Skills and Experience:
To be a suitable candidate for this position, you will have proven experience in a similar administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective record-keeping and document management skills.
- Ensure the integrity of financial records and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Can-do attitude and a positive mindset
