Based in bright, modern offices on St Kilda Road, we’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be the face of our business and the glue that keeps our operations running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, coordinate staff events, support the executive team, and take ownership of office facilities. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we’d love to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver warm, professional front-of-house service and manage all incoming calls.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment and coordinate meeting room set-up and catering.
  • Oversee facilities management including supplies, equipment, maintenance and security.
  • Provide administrative and compliance support to executives and the operations team.
  • Coordinate company events, travel bookings, marketing initiatives and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator or Receptionist role, in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • Tech confident .Proficient in MS Office and comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to contribute to a supportive and social workplace.

This is a full-time, in-office role working 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
