Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional front-of-house service and manage all incoming calls.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment and coordinate meeting room set-up and catering.
- Oversee facilities management including supplies, equipment, maintenance and security.
- Provide administrative and compliance support to executives and the operations team.
- Coordinate company events, travel bookings, marketing initiatives and internal communications.
- Previous experience in an Office Coordinator or Receptionist role, in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural service mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities with ease.
- Tech confident .Proficient in MS Office and comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to contribute to a supportive and social workplace.
