We’re currently partnering with a well-established business in the aviation/construction space to recruit an Office Manager / Project Support professional to cover a 9-month maternity leave contract.
Based in Tullamarine, this is a hands-on, varied role supporting a team in a professional office environment. The business has a down-to-earth, approachable culture and is looking for someone who is confident, switched on, and ready to hit the ground running.
The Role
This is a hybrid position combining office management, project support, compliance and light accounts support. Key responsibilities include:
- Running the day-to-day operations of the office
- Managing a quiet reception desk (no regular visitors)
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Supporting employee onboarding and inductions
- Planning and coordinating equipment
- Uploading and maintaining service and project records
- Booking accommodation (rentals for employees)
- Providing ad-hoc project and operational support
- Managing site access and permits, including DCAC applications and police clearances
- Managing employee sign-in and sign-out via Damstra
- Collating documentation for audits and compliance requirements
- Raising invoices and assisting with light accounts support
- Experience in office management, project support, or operations support
- Comfortable working in a male-dominated, construction or technical environment
- Confident with systems and technology
- Damstra experience is advantageous but not essential
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Mature, professional approach
- 9-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover)

- Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + super
- Full-time, office-based role (9:00am–5:00pm)
