About the role 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a unique, progressive, and energetic Property Development Business. The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.

This role sits in an important area of the organisation, working with a team of interesting, intelligent people. Supporting the Managing Director, your role would involve:
  • Manage weekly workflow meeting ensuring team productivity is met
  • Diary management for the Managing Director 
  • Investor management 
  • Management of tenders submissions and tracking
  • Preparation of management reports for presentation at the monthly meetings
  • All Human Resource functions including recruitment, induction and facilitation of all performance reviews & management, staff leave approvals
  • Oversee all external training 
  • Travel and accommodation bookings as and when required 
  • Organise all staff social events
  • Manage all socials and website
  • Administration tasks
  • All systems and IT management coordination with IT service provider including software updates and troubleshooting
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a similar position within a Practice Manager roles advantageous
  • Experience in executive level email and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Advanced Microsoft knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
