A fantastic opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team at Sharp & Carter, based in Sydney CBD.

This is a pivotal role supporting two busy business partners, where you will act as a true extension of them while also becoming the go-to person in the office – playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level EA support to two senior leaders, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Act as a true extension of your leaders, anticipating needs and managing priorities
  • Organise events, meetings and team initiatives
  • Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
  • Prepare client packs, presentations and important documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses and logistics
  • Take ownership of the Sydney office – managing day-to-day operations, suppliers and facilities
  • Support and drive a positive, engaging office culture, including team events and initiatives
  • Be the go-to person in the office, supporting the wider team and keeping things running smoothly
About You
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Confident managing competing priorities while staying calm, reliable and someone others can trust
  • Polished communicator who builds strong, genuine relationships with stakeholders and clients
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to help others and contribute to a supportive team environment
  • Down-to-earth and team-oriented, someone who leads with humility and enjoys being the go-to person
