This is a pivotal role supporting two busy business partners, where you will act as a true extension of them while also becoming the go-to person in the office – playing a key part in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level EA support to two senior leaders, including complex diary and inbox management
- Act as a true extension of your leaders, anticipating needs and managing priorities
- Organise events, meetings and team initiatives
- Be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience
- Prepare client packs, presentations and important documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses and logistics
- Take ownership of the Sydney office – managing day-to-day operations, suppliers and facilities
- Support and drive a positive, engaging office culture, including team events and initiatives
- Be the go-to person in the office, supporting the wider team and keeping things running smoothly
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering high-quality work
- Confident managing competing priorities while staying calm, reliable and someone others can trust
- Polished communicator who builds strong, genuine relationships with stakeholders and clients
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to help others and contribute to a supportive team environment
