Reporting to the GM and sitting on the local Leadership Team, the Operations Manager will oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations based in Melbourne. This role carries accountability for stabilising operations, improving quality and service performance, and leading the business through a significant transformation program.
Key priorities include:
- Lead operations with accountability for Safety, People, Quality, Output, Customer Satisfaction, and Cost.
- Stabilise performance at key site, embedding structured processes and quality systems.
- Drive cultural transformation, building a collaborative and empowered leadership culture.
- Harmonise ERP, planning, and supply chain processes across acquired businesses.
- Drive EBIT performance in line with global objectives
- Mentor, develop, and engage teams to ensure long-term leadership capability.
The ideal candidate will bring
- Degree qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- Senior leadership experience across operations in manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in change management, process standardisation, and people leadership.
- Strong ERP/IBP/S&OP knowledge and systems implementation experience.
- Proven ability to deliver cultural transformation and improve customer service levels.
- Commercial acumen, with experience delivering EBIT improvement through operational efficiency.
