Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Order Processing Administrator.
The ideal candidate has existing order processing experience, ideally from a manufacturing background. With a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and start immediately.
HOURS ARE:
8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- High volume data entry - processing orders through the system
- Coordinating freight
- Answering inbound calls
- Reporting
- Updating documents on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Other various Ad hoc administrative duties as required
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Prior Order Processing experience is essential
- Ideally from a manufacturing background
- Experience working with Excel, Soho and BI is highly regarded
- Must be able to work 8:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
