This position will suit an experienced OD professional with a proven track record leading large-scale development, culture, and capability programs within complex, commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver OD strategies aligned to business objectives and future workforce needs
- Lead the design and implementation of frameworks to build leadership capability, engagement, and performance
- Oversee enterprise-wide programs across learning, succession, and cultural development
- Provide strategic insight to executive stakeholders on organisational design and change initiatives
- Leverage analytics and feedback to assess program effectiveness and inform ongoing improvement
- Proven experience in senior Organisational Development, Capability, or Culture roles
- Strong understanding of leadership development, performance frameworks, and organisational design
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive cultural transformation
- Commercially minded with the ability to link people strategies to measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
