About the Role: This is a high-volume, outbound customer contact role where you'll provide support to existing clients while helping to grow the business through quality referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily using automated dialer tools
- Follow structured scripts and contact cycles
- Provide admin support on behalf of Broker teams:
- Requesting loan statements
- Updating customer details
- Supplying payout letters and documentation
- Educate customers on finance and insurance services
- Refer sales opportunities to Broker teams
- Guide customers through online car insurance processes
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling
- Comfortable using dialers, scripts, and structured workflows
- Strong multitasker – able to manage calls, emails, and CRM updates at once
- Tech-savvy and open to working with AI tools and automation
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Proactive mindset with an eye for referral opportunities
