About the role
As a P&C Advisor, you will act as a trusted advisor to line managers, providing practical guidance across performance, conduct, and workplace matters.

You will support cases from initial query through to resolution, guiding leaders, preparing documentation, and enabling confident decision making.

This is a backend advisory role focused on supporting leaders rather than direct employee management.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely advice to leaders on performance, misconduct, and workplace concerns
  • Manage a high volume of active cases across multiple business units
  • Support cases from triage through to resolution
  • Ensure advice aligns with legislation, enterprise agreements, and internal policy
  • Guide leaders through complex people matters and decision making

About you
You are comfortable working at pace and confident making decisions.
You bring a practical approach to Employee Relations and are able to manage volume without losing clarity or momentum.

You will bring:
  • Experience in HR or Employee Relations case management
  • Proven ability to manage performance and conduct matters in a high-volume environment
  • Confidence advising and influencing leaders
  • Strong understanding of workplace legislation, including the Fair Work Act
