Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex ER/IR case management and serious misconduct investigations
- Represent the organisation in the early stages of litigation
- Apply deep knowledge of awards, agreements and policy
- Provide expert advice and risk management on complex employee relations matters
- Interpret industrial instruments and legislation
- Coach leaders and HR Business Partners on effective ER practices
- Support delivery of training and development initiatives
- Ensure governance and compliance alignment with organisational policy and the Fair Work Act
- Support enterprise-wide ER/IR and EA strategy
About you
- Extensive experience managing high-risk workplace investigations and complex employee relations cases
- Early stage litigation support with a detailed working understanding of a full range of employment related legislation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with multiple stakeholder group
- Highly experienced in building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing people with ease
