About the role:
The team is cross-skilled to ensure flexibility, in order to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:
- Preparing and issuing standard forms of leases using agreed precedents
- Preparing and supplying title packs and standard enquiries
- Liaising with the client over non-standard enquiries
- Progressing a transaction from instructions to completion of the lease
- Drafting various forms of consent and handling the matter from instructions to completion
- Preparation of Land Registry applications and supporting documents for possessory title applications
- Tertiary qualification in law or a related field or demonstrated relevant experience in a professional or legal service environment
- High level attention to detail and computer literacy with an interest in developing your AI assisted skills to apply in the legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have paralegal or legal assistant experience across conveyancing/real estate
- Agile and collaborative approach with flexibility to adapt to different activities and priorities
- Available for fulltime employment
