- Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Cannington location
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors, and staff
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring they are directed appropriately
- Coordinate meeting rooms and oversee general office administration
- Assist the broader team with day-to-day office operations
You’ll bring prior experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and a polished, professional presentation are essential. A positive, can-do attitude will see you thrive in this role.
