In this role you will have 2 direct reports and provide advice across:

• Business Sale & Purchase
• Business Structure
• Corporate Insolvency
• Shareholder Agreements
• Contract Advice
• Franchisors and Franchisees
• Commercial Leasing
• Off the plan contracts
• Some property Litigation 

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least 10 years PQE and be an existing partner or be at partner level. You will have a broad exposure to commercial law with some exposure to property. You need to be a genuine leader, team player, financially astute when it comes to running a practice and take a proactive approach to servicing clients.
