Our client is the market leader in the healthcare space and known for its high level of professionalism and engagement with the community. The business is currently in the process of a significant integration project and looking for a Payroll & HRIS Test Analyst to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Lead, your duties will include:
- Design, develop, and manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle for HRIS, Payroll, Rostering, and Learning systems.
- Coordinate system testing, integration testing, UAT, parallel payroll testing, and production verification testing.
- Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure quality outcomes.
- Identify and manage defects, provide clear reporting, and maintain compliance documentation.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Experience in test administration and execution across payroll and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
