Our client is one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organizations providing support for thousands of people on an annual basis. A rare opportunity has presented itself for a Payroll Business Analyst to immediately join their team in a 12-month fixed term contract.
Your new role
Working directly with the Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
- Create QRGs, FAQs for ServiceNow frontline users
- Convene Focus Group meetings and document actions
- Develop, Test and Implement Payroll forms and other department forms as required
- Assist in bringing together the required stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure completion of ServiceNow Implementation
- Assess potential enhancements to broaden the ServiceNow platform across the business
- Convene Focus Group meetings and document actions
- Assess impacts of ad-hoc payroll and Finance related projects on the wider business and communicate as needed
- Document processes with a view to standardise and improve
- Developing and maintain process documentation for areas of responsibility
Skills Needed
- Advanced Excel skill (VBAs MACROs, Pivot Tables) is a must
- Minimum of 3 years Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Service Now Demand & Project Management applications is desirable, but not required
- 3+ years experience in a project team and delivering customer service in a medium to large organisation
- 3+ years in business process analysis and process documentation
- Exposure to Payroll, Payroll Awards, EBAs and relevant legislation
- Knowledge of Time and Attendance processes, Kronos, and Schedulo is desirable, but not required
