Our client is a globally recognised business, with a huge presence and a market leader within their industry. Our client is seeking an individual with a high attention to detail, that can join their payroll team as a Payroll compliance officer in Melbourne's south eastern suburb of Mount Waverley.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however will not be limited to:
- Assisting with the payroll
- Reviewing payroll compliance and governance
- Process improvements
- Reviewing payments
- Checking and managing of timesheets
- Working with the multiple awards
- Establishing differing location rosters
- Timesheet processing
- Assisting in maintaining award information
- Setting up new starters within Payroll
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not exclusive to:
- Has worked with the multiple and complex awards previously
- Has processed payroll within a previous role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has exposure to processing of timesheets and maintaining them
