Position Description 

With team fit and experience the priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll Coordinator to join their team a on permanent basis.

Reporting to the Financial Accounting and Control Manager and working alongside one other payroll team member, you will be responsible for:
  • End-to-end payroll for 500 employees on a monthly basis 
  • Handle a small international payroll
  • Timely submission of all staff documents 
  • Keeping abreast of all legislative leave and other benefits 
  • Resolve queries from internal and external members 
  • Assist with salary packaging 
  • Manage the firms twice yearly salary review alongside Human Resources 
  • Perform month end and year end payroll tax reconciliations 
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, along with the following attributes:
  • Experience using Sage MicrOpay advantageous 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional organizational and priority setting skills to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
