Our client is seeking a switched on Payroll Help Desk Officer to join their high performing and supportive team on a full-time, 9-month fixed term contract with an immediate start.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to payroll related enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurate and timely processing of fortnightly timesheets, ensuring all outstanding tasks are completed within the given time-frames
- General administrative duties/filing as required
- Maintain Service Delivery Now Payroll query portal
- Assists the Payroll Manager and Payroll Staff as required
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performance team
- Understands payroll function and need for timely and accurate processing, with a high attentional to detail and accuracy
- A minimum of 6-8 months of payroll experience is essential
- Demonstrated SAP Payroll Processing experience is beneficial, but not essential
