The Organisation:
Our client is renowned for being a market leader in the healthcare industry, and are presently seeking an experience Payroll Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to cover a team member who is on leave for six weeks, with a two week handover on either side. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate.
Position Description:
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Payroll Officer, your duties will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing of 800 employees fortnightly using HR3
- PAYG, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
- Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
- Processing on annual, long service and personal leave
- Ensuring accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
- Undertake duties to do with the Time and Attendance implementation
- Other administrative duties as requested by the manager
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a full function Senior Payroll Officer or Management role as well as having the following attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Time & Attendance experience ideal
- HR3 experience
