The Organisation:

Our client is renowned for being a market leader in the healthcare industry, and are presently seeking an experience Payroll Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to cover a team member who is on leave for six weeks, with a two week handover on either side. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate. 

Position Description:     

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Payroll Officer, your duties will include:
  • End-to-end payroll processing of 800 employees fortnightly using HR3
  • PAYG, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
  • Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
  • Processing on annual, long service and personal leave
  • Ensuring accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
  • Undertake duties to do with the Time and Attendance implementation 
  • Other administrative duties as requested by the manager
The Ideal Candidate:

The successful applicant will have similar proven experience in a full function Senior Payroll Officer or Management role as well as having the following attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Time & Attendance experience ideal 
  • HR3 experience
