Due to constant expansion and ongoing success, the business is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis, during an exciting period of transformation!   

Duties
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Processing a payroll for 500+ employees
• Lodgement of superannuation and tax
• Entering new employee details
• Process terminations and redundancies
• Continuously update employee database 
• Reconciliations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service when responding to queries

Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will also have the following attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar Payroll Officer position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passionate and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
