Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for a mid/large workforce
- Ensure compliance with awards, EBAs, superannuation, and taxation requirements
- Manage payroll queries and provide excellent employee support
- Reconciliations, reporting, and payroll-related administration
- Support process improvements and contribute to payroll accuracy and efficiency
- Proven experience in payroll, ideally within medium to large organisations
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a fast-paced environment
- Immediate start – 3-month temporary assignment
