We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our client on a 3-month temporary assignment (this could be extended), with the possibility of extension for the right person. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services while supporting the broader HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing for a mid/large workforce
  • Ensure compliance with awards, EBAs, superannuation, and taxation requirements
  • Manage payroll queries and provide excellent employee support
  • Reconciliations, reporting, and payroll-related administration
  • Support process improvements and contribute to payroll accuracy and efficiency
About You:
  • Proven experience in payroll, ideally within medium to large organisations
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a fast-paced environment
